MARC Sample Format Tables for Noncompeting Continuation (Type 5) Applications

Progress reports are required annually to document grantee accomplishments and compliance with the terms of the award. They describe progress made during the reporting period, identify significant changes, report on personnel and describe plans for the subsequent budget year. MARC U-STAR progress reports are due annually on October 15. The Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) format is now mandated to standardize reporting on all federally-funded projects.

All applications should include Table 1 (below) and Training Table 8D. The following is an example of Table 8D Part I which may be helpful. These Tables should be uploaded under Section G (Special Reporting Requirements) of the Progress Report. Table 1 is available in Microsoft Word, PDF and HTML format.
