Biographical Sketch: Adam Heuberger, Ph.D.

Adam Heuberger, Ph.D., is a scientific review officer in the Division of Extramural Activities, where he oversees the review of research training and education, capacity building, and research grant applications.

Before joining NIGMS, Heuberger was an associate professor at Colorado State University with research and teaching in plant and food chemistry, biological mass spectrometry, and human health.

He received his B.S. in molecular biology and M.S. in plant breeding and genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Ph.D. and postdoctoral work in plant breeding and genetics from Colorado State University.
