Biographical Sketch: Dmitriy Krepkiy, Ph.D.

Dmitriy Krepkiy, Ph.D., is a program director in the Division of Biophysics, Biomedical Technology, and Computational Biosciences. In this position, he oversees technology development grants in spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, computational biology, and biomedical technology research resources. Krepkiy is also the NIGMS SBIR/STTR point of contact. Before coming to NIGMS, Krepkiy was a staff scientist in the Molecular Physiology and Biophysics Section at National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), NIH. He earned a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He conducted postdoctoral research at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Laboratory of Membrane Biochemistry and Biophysics at National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), NIH.
