  • Building Mechanistic Insight Into Evolvability of Viral Cell-Entry Functions

    Ivanovic

Principal Investigator: Tijan Ivanovic, Ph.D., Brandeis University

The PI works to attain fundamental knowledge about how influenza virus changes in cell-entry functions in response to evolutionary pressures, and how evolutionary pressures constrain possible changes in cell-entry functions.

  • Modeling the Evolutionary Dynamics of Immunity to Influenza for Vaccine Development

    Cobey

Principal Investigator: Sarah Cobey, Ph.D., University of Chicago

The PI works on integrating mathematical and biological principles to determine evolutionary factors influencing antibody-mediated immunity to influenza virus.
