Biographical Sketch: Margaret "Peggy" Weidman, Ph.D.

Margaret "Peggy" Weidman, Ph.D., is a scientific review officer in the Office of Scientific Review. Her duties include managing the review of research, training and program project grant applications. Weidman was formerly an associate professor in the department of biochemistry and molecular biology at St. Louis University School of Medicine, where she also served as director of the graduate program and trainer for the M.D.-Ph.D. program. She earned a B.S. in chemistry and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Washington. Weidman conducted postdoctoral research at Stanford University and Princeton University.
