NIGMS training and career applications are reviewed in two ways. Applications for fellowships (F) and all career (K) awards except for the Pathway to Independence Award (K99/R00) are reviewed within the NIH Center for Scientific Review (CSR), with subsequent administration by NIGMS. Applications for training grants (T32), Pathway to Independence Awards (K99/R00), and other student development awards are reviewed by the Office of Scientific Review (OSR) within NIGMS.
