On December 23, 2011, the President signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012 (Public Law 112-74). The NIH fiscal operations plan for Fiscal Year 2012 appears in NIH Guide Notice 12-036. NIGMS will implement its fiscal management policies in a manner consistent with the policies outlined in this notice.
